These terms apply to everyone who uses PropZaro – visitors, buyers, tenants, owners, agents, builders and developers. By using the website you agree to them.
1. Our role
PropZaro is an online platform where vendors publish property listings and buyers and tenants contact them. We are not a party to any sale, rental or lease agreement and we do not act as a broker unless we say so in writing. Always inspect the property and verify documents, approvals and ownership before paying any money.
2. Listings
Vendors are responsible for the accuracy of their listings, including price, area, photos, legal status and RERA registration where applicable. We may edit, reject, unpublish or remove listings that are inaccurate, duplicated, misleading, expired or against the law, and we may suspend accounts that repeatedly break these rules.
3. Verification
A Verified badge means our team has reviewed the documents the vendor provided at that time. It is not a legal title search or a guarantee, and it does not replace your own due diligence.
4. Packages and payments
Paid packages give vendors additional listings, featured placement and features for the period shown at purchase. Fees are non-refundable once a package is activated unless required by law. Featured placement improves visibility but does not guarantee enquiries or a sale.
5. Enquiries and contact details
When you send an enquiry, your name, phone number, email and message are shared with the vendor of that property so they can respond. Vendors must use these details only to respond to your requirement and must not spam or sell them.
6. Reviews
Reviews must describe your own genuine experience. We moderate reviews and may remove content that is abusive, fake, promotional or unrelated.
7. Liability
The website is provided as is. To the extent permitted by law, PropZaro is not liable for any loss arising from a transaction between users or from reliance on listing information.
