- Verification documents uploaded by vendors – stored privately and visible only to our verification team.
How we use it
- To connect buyers and tenants with the vendor of a property – your enquiry details are shared with that vendor.
- To send you service messages about your account, listings and enquiries by email, SMS or WhatsApp.
- To keep the platform safe, prevent spam and fraud, and moderate listings and reviews.
- To understand how the website is used and improve it.
Sharing
We do not sell personal information. We share it only with the vendor you contact, with service providers who help us run the website (hosting, email, SMS, payments) under confidentiality obligations, and when required by law.
Your choices
You can update your profile, clear your search history and delete saved properties from your account at any time. To delete your account, contact us and we will remove your personal information unless we must keep it for legal reasons.
