Ghaziabad sits on Delhi’s eastern edge and is one of the busiest housing markets in the NCR. Most demand is split between the Trans-Hindon townships – Indirapuram, Vaishali, Vasundhara and Kaushambi – which are a short ride from East Delhi on the Blue Line metro, and the newer high-rise belts along the Delhi–Meerut road such as Raj Nagar Extension. Buyers here typically compare ready-to-move apartments in established societies with newer projects that offer more space for the price.

Noida is a planned city organised into numbered sectors, with commercial hubs such as Sector 18 and Sector 62 and a large stock of group-housing societies. The Blue Line and the Aqua Line connect it to Delhi and Greater Noida, and the Noida–Greater Noida Expressway has turned the southern sectors into a major new-launch corridor. It suits both end users working in the city’s IT and office districts and investors looking at the expressway belt.

Greater Noida is a low-density planned city south-east of Noida with wide roads, large sectors and plenty of greenery. Greater Noida West (Noida Extension) has become one of the NCR’s most active mid-segment apartment markets, while the main city around Pari Chowk offers plots, villas and institutional areas. Prices per square foot are generally lower than in Noida, which draws first-time buyers.

PropZaro currently focuses on East Delhi – Laxmi Nagar, Preet Vihar, Mayur Vihar, Patparganj and nearby colonies – where builder floors, independent houses and commercial spaces on busy market roads dominate. These neighbourhoods are a short hop from Connaught Place on the Blue Line and border Ghaziabad and Noida, so many buyers compare them directly with Trans-Hindon societies.
