Every property on PropZaro is reviewed by our team before it goes live. Following these guidelines gets your listing approved faster and brings better enquiries.
What makes a good listing
- One listing per property, posted by the owner or an authorised agent, builder or developer.
- The real price – or “Price on request” – and the correct area with its unit (carpet, built-up or super area).
- At least five clear photos of the actual property taken in daylight. No watermarks of other websites, no stock images and no photos with phone numbers on them.
- An honest description in your own words: layout, condition, floor, facing, society facilities and who the property suits.
- Exact locality and, for projects, the society or project name. RERA number for under-construction projects.
What we reject
- Duplicate listings of the same property.
- Prices that are clearly wrong (for example ₹1 or a rent posted as a sale price).
- Listings that advertise a different property, a project you are not authorised to sell, or a “requirement” instead of a property.
- Contact details, links or promotional text inside the description or photos.
After approval
Listings stay live for the period of your package (or the free listing period) and you will be reminded before they expire. Mark properties as Sold, Rented or Under Offer from your dashboard as soon as their status changes – it keeps your profile trustworthy.
