How to write a property listing that gets real enquiries

Listings with clear photos, an honest price and a complete set of details receive far more serious enquiries – and fewer time-wasting calls. Here is what works on PropZaro.

Photos

Shoot in daylight with lights on and curtains open. Take one wide photo of every room from a corner, plus the view from the balcony, the building entrance and the society amenities. Eight to fifteen photos is ideal. Use the first photo for the best room – it becomes the cover.

Price

Check similar listings in the same society or sector and price within that range. Listings priced far above the market get views but few enquiries. If the price is negotiable, tick the box rather than inflating it.

Details buyers filter by

Fill in carpet area, floor, facing, furnishing, parking, possession status and maintenance. Buyers filter on these, so a missing field can hide your property from the people looking for it.

Description

Write five or six honest sentences: layout, condition, what the view is like, society facilities, distance to the metro or market, and who the home suits. Skip capital letters, repeated keywords and phone numbers – the enquiry buttons do that job.

Respond fast

Enquiries answered within an hour convert far better. Turn on WhatsApp alerts and use the lead CRM to note every follow-up.
